PTC recently decided to change the name of Pro|ENGINEER to Creo Elements/Pro. What I find most interesting about the name change is the reasoning behind it.
PTC acquired CoCreate in 2007, and now they’re integrating Pro|E, CoCreate and ProductView into one streamlined system. Had they kept their prior naming system, CoCreate would have been named Pro|Create.
